.s., is an affiliate company of the České dráhy, a.s., Its main acitivity is repair and upgrading of rolling stock. The DPOV, a.s. came into being on 1st January 2007 by separating of the units DPOV Nymburk and DPOV Přerov from the company Českých drah, a.s. In this way th DPOV a.s. has continued the tradition in reparing in the depots of rolling stock. The repairs of the sroliing stock is done by trained specialists at modern and certified workplaces. Professionalism of services is declared with an ISO 9001:2000 certificate. All processes have been certified which are necessary to comply with the requirements of the classification "Repairs, inspections and upgrading of rolling stock and its parts".
