- There were more than 20 workplaces in the depots till 30th June 2004 where general revisions of the rolling stock and repairs of functional units were done.
- Since 1st July 2004 two units have been separated from the depots – the DPOV Nymburk and the DPOV Přerov.
- The unit DPOV Nymburk was superordinated to the repair centres in České Budějovice, Meziměstí and Louny. The unit DPOV Přerov was superordinated the repair centres (PSO) Veselí nad Moravou and Olomouc, next to the repair centres (PSO) in Valašské Meziříčí and Břeclav.
- The unit DPOV Nymburk dissolved the repair centre step by step in Meziměstí during 2005. The production program and the main part of employees were integrated into the repair centre (PSO) Nymburk. At the beginning of 2006 the general revisions of passenger carriages with the boogies GP 200 in the repair unit Pardubice were abolished. The production range and the technological equipment were moved to the repair centre PSO Nymburk, where general revisions were launched in the second half of 2006. The PSO Louny was closed at the end of 2006. Its production range was partly handed over to the PSO Nymburk and the rest to the PSO Veselí nad Moravou.
- At the end of 2005 all general revisions of electric locomotives were moved from Olomouc to the PSO Přerov.
- In 2006 the Czech Railwasy decided the two units to be transformed into the affiliate company.
- On 1st January 2007 the company DPOV, a.s., came into being in its structural shape.
