The working place where paintings of the locomotive bodies is carried out has been in operation since the 1970s. Paintings are done as coating PUR I, coating PUR II, coating after damages and other repair of coating acording to the customer´s wishes. Removing of the old coatings can be done in a chemical or mechanical way. Besides, damaged or rusted parts are repaired by surfacing.
Coating is carried out by polyurethan double component paints (SF70) or paints based on alkyd resin (KF24) LANKWITZER Lackfabrik. The finished coating according to the Czech railways instruction ČD TNŽ280070 or accordng to the customer´s wish can be covered by spraying of an anti-graffiti polyurethan coating (SF52). The coating is very resistent against scratches, chemicals and detergents. Next, we carry out a redrawing of signs and inscriptions on the railway vehicles. Advertising inscriptions and labeling are possible as well. Duration of complete coating PURII is 25 weekdays. We give a 2 years guarantee.
