We do repairs of combustion
engines for railway vehicles of the model ranges 809, 810, 811, 814, 842 and 843. Repairs are done by specialists who are experienced in diagnostics and reliability and in application of these engines in the driving units of the railway vehicles.
We use only origin spare parts for repairs and upgrading. For the assemblage of an engine only origin service tools and fixtures are used which are prescribed by the engine manufacturer. Each engine is subject to an acceptance test done by a designated employee who writes an acceptance record. This record together with a customer´s order are the basic documents for the repair and its further development. Repaired engines are controlled at the testing unit which guarantees the required paramaters of combustion engines after the repair. About the procedure and results of the test a report is done which is handed out to a customer.
REPAIRS OF COMBUSTION ENGINES TOGETHER WITH UPGRADING
These repairs enhance the quality and reliability of the former engines of the model range M1.2 C with a a power of 300 kW using of a complete set of upgraded spare parts. As result, qualities of new engines are reached.
