We repair almost all kinds of wheelsets except of ones for broad and narrow tracks.
There are several kinds of repairs as follows:
- Repair of a wheel profile (different possibilities)
- Exchange of wheel rims
- Control of axle journals, brake discs, diameters of widths of spoke wheels and discs
- Dynamic calibrating (PSO Nymburk):Repair of a wheel profile (different modifications)
- Defektoscopic controls (MT, PT, UT)
- Surfacing of spoke wheels in diameters and in width (PSO Nymburk)
- Checkout test including a summary of dimensions and acceptance according to V6:Lining of all types of nose bearings with white metal
Next, we do surfacing of spoke wheels in width and in diameter, then a static and dynamic balancing. Each wheelset is equipped with a summary of dimensions, a certificate of registration and a balance certification.
We line with white metal all kinds of nose bearings. Next we line piston bearings and connecting rod bearings for historical steam engines.
