At the certified working place we carry out repairs and setting up of gear boxes Praga 2M70 and Praga 2M90.
There are several kinds of repairs as follows:
- overhauling MH
- common repairs according to the customer´s Leeds
- seting up and checking of functionality on the testing unit
Each repair is followed by a test and a setting up of the gear box at the testing unit. The testing unit was manufactured according to the needs of the Czech Railways, the unit is controlled electronically and it meets all the requirements which are necessary for testing and setting up of the gear boxes of the type Praga. To similar extent repairs of epicyclic Allison gear boxes and gears of auxiliar RV 210 traction including SO-3 friction clutches are carried out at the working place PSO in Veselí nad Moravou.
The repair centre Nymburk does repairs and upgrading of axle gear boxes NP18 and NK18 used in the driving cars of model ranges 850, 851 and 854.
Duration of a gear box repair is no longer than 10 weekdays.
We give a guarantee of 6 months.
